Shop Hours

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN? WHAT IF I WORK THOSE HOURS AND CAN’T MAKE IT?

Jodee Creations retail shop is located at 4 York Road Mount Evelyn in Victoria, Australia in the beautiful Yarra Ranges.

Our current Shop hours are as follows:

Mon – Wed 10 – 4

Thurs – Fri 10 – 5.30

Sat 9.30 – 3.00

Sunday CLOSED

Since our studio is also located at our retail store we are often out the back creating so please let us know if you wish to visit us outside of these hours and we will be sure to try and accomodate! TEL 9736 4336 or shoot us an email.

Custom Designed Jewellery

DO YOU MAKE TO ORDER?

We can make up special designs for you in our Wood Range or create a custom Artwork, however we do NOT in our Sterling Silver or Metal Range . Please email us via the contact page with your request. Additional charges may apply, all sales involving custom work must be paid for prior to start.

Wholesale Items - STOCKIST ENQUIRY

CAN I PURCHASE ALL GOODS ON YOUR SITE AS A WHOLESALER?

As we are also a Retail Store who stock our own Design Brand, along with other awesome designers and locally made products, NOT all items are for Wholesale purchase.  Generally our Signature Range of Sterling Silver Meaningful Jewellery, our Naturally Beautifully Range of Wooden and Bamboo Jewellery and Gifts Coasters, Keyrings etc, our Bespoke one off Artist Collection Jewellery, and our  Jodie Westall Art Archival quality Prints and Greeting cards are all available to Wholesale to your business. We would LOVE to have you as part of our growing team, the success of your business is also the success of ours and we love team work. Back ordered product

WHAT IS A BACKORDERED PRODUCT?

Unfortunately some items become out of stock – especially since the global effects of COVID-19.  A Backorder product is one that you can still purchase and secure it, however it is not currently in stock and either needs to be made up or waiting on stock to arrive. We endeavour to have your products shipped to you as soon as possible however, please allow 4 -6 weeks for items that require back ordering. You will be notified if an item is on back order and you will be updated as to when it will be available.

Sensitive skin and our products

I HAVE SENSITIVE EARS ARE YOUR PRODUCT SUITABLE?

Our Wooden, Bamboo, Stainless Steel, Bead and Acrylic drop earrings are all created using Sterling Silver wires. Our Wood, Bamboo and Painted stud earrings are created on Surgical Steel ear poles the same metal used in surgical procedures, in most cases making them safe for sensitive ears.  Our Sterling Silver, Rose Gold Plated and Gold plated jewellery are all plated over a Sterling Silver base metal generally making them safe for those with sensitive ears. However metal allergies can be very personal and we cannot guarantee allergies will not occur.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and AfterPay we do not share or store your credit card details.

Privacy

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information and do not disclose your details to any third parties. The information you provide to us; name, address, telephone number and email will remain as private files on our secure website server and internal systems. We may use this information for marketing purposes to help us improve our website presentation and your overall shopping experience. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal details as private.

Ordering Confirmation

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?

Once your order has been submitted, you will be sent an automated email confirming your order details. We will then send you another email to let you know that we have received your order and have got it underway! Once dispatched, you will be sent your tracking number and details on how to keep an eye on its progress! Please contact us if you DON’T receive this email – But check your Junk Mail first  – often they sneak in there!

Gift Wrapping

IT’S A GIFT CAN YOU WRAP AND SEND DIRECT?

FREE Gift for online wrapping – Found the perfect gift for your special person in our collections!  – Leave us a message in the notes section at the ‘check out’ asking for us to wrap it for you.

Why not ADD a Greeting Card to your order and we will hand write your personalised message inside for you, and it can be posted direct to your loved one!

Vouchers

DO YOU SELL E-GIFT VOUCHERS?

A Gift Voucher can be purchased and redeemed online and at our retail shop, they are valid for 3 year from date of purchase. Our lovely Gift Card can be posted direct to your recipient or we can email then an eVoucher on your behalf. Just let us know where it is going and if you would like it emailed in the Notes Section at the check out.
